Noah, Herman J. C. (5 September 1901- 22 August 1967)

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Georgas Funeral Home for Herman J. C. Noah, 65, of Neillsville, who died here Tuesday. Jerome Berger of Jehovah Witnesses will officiate. Burial will be made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.

Mr. Noah was born September 5, 1901, in Greenwood. He attended school in Loyal area and later farmed in that area. For the last several years he resided in Neillsville. On April 9, 1943, he was married to the former Tressa Roum in Loyal.

He is survived by his wife; three children, Mrs. Donald (Helen) Anderson and Keith Noah of Ontonagon, Mich., and Carol Noah of Neillsville; and the following step-children, Chester, Lloyd and Lyall Johnson and Mrs. Linda Frank of Neillsville; Allen Johnson of Ft. Mead, Md.; Mrs. Donald(Donna) Brandt of Marshfield; and Mrs. Burnell (Brenda) Johnson of Madison. Other survivors are: two sisters, Mrs. Lee Corey of Greenwood and Mrs. Everett (Martha) Nelson of Nelson, Cal.; and five brothers, Ed of Bakersfield, Cal., Alvin of Minneapolis, Minn., Art of Granton, Rudolph of Milwaukee, and William of Oshkosh. Nineteen grandchildren also survive.

He was a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
