ELSIE ZIEMENDORF


Elsie Ziemendorf, 79, formerly of the Loyal and Greenwood, Clark County areas, died Sunday, Sept 27, 1992, at Neillsville Memorial Home, Neillsville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, 1992, at Grace Methodist Church, Greenwood. Rev. Ronald Stelzleni will officiate. Burial will be in the Loyal Cemetery.


Elsie Shupe was born April 16, 1913, in Loyal, to Frank and Julia (nee Emerson) Shupe. She received her education in Loyal schools. She married Willard Ziemendorf in Nov. 1939. He preceded her in death Nov. 20, 1976. She worked as a beautician and at the canning factory in Wisconsin Rapids. Since Dec. 1991 she had been a resident at the Neillsville Memorial Home. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and Royal Neighbors of America.


Survivors include one son, Jack Ziemendorf, Floral City, Fla. two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.


She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, six sisters, and three brothers.


Rinka Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
