WILLARD WOMAN DIES OF STROKE

Mrs. John Zagozen
died at her home west of Willard, Clark County at 10 o'clock Saturday night of the effects of a stroke.

Dr. Wm A. Olson was called when Mrs. Zagozen was stricken during the afternoon, but was told she had died before he left Greenwood. At 5:30 members of the family called him again, declaring that they had detected signs of life. Mrs. Zagozen passed away that evening with having regained consciousness.

It is believed by the family that fright caused by the severe crash of thunder and lightning may have been responsible for the attack.

Mrs. Zagozen, nee Mary Punger, was born in Yugoslavia in 1877 and was 58 years, 6 months and 18 days old at the time of her death.

She is survived by her husband, a sons and daughter at home, and a daughter in New York.

Funeral services were conducted from the home Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock. The body was laid to rest in the National Slovenian Society Cemetery at Willard.
