GEORGE P. BIDDLE


Greenwood--George P. Biddle, 84, Route 2, Greenwood, town of Mead, Clark County, died at 6:10 a.m. Monday, Mar. 26, 1979 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, the result of complications following surgery.


Mr. Biddle will be buried in Sylvan Cemetery, Town of Reseburg, Clark County, Hansen Funeral Home, Marshfield, is handling arrangements.


He was born to Mr. and Mrs. Peter (Elizabeth Wright) Biddle Dec. 31, 1894 in the Town of Reseburg, where he attended schools. He married Leona Higert June 29, 1928 at Stanley. Living most of his life in Reseburg, he farmed until retiring in 1964.


Surviving are his wife, a son, Willard of Wabash, Ind. a daughter, Mrs. Robert(June) Kallbreier of Jeffersonville, Ind. a grandchild a sister, Mrs. Arnold (Maude) Eppers of Chili and a brother, Charles of Thorp. Three sisters and four brothers are deceased.
