Scheuring, Robert (1921 - 1968)


GREENWOOD, CLARK COUNTY--Robert Paul Scheuring, 46, greenwood, died of Multiple Sclerosis Thursday morning, April 18, 1968, in the Veteran s Administration Hospital at Tomah, where he had been a patient the past 12 years.


Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Grace Methodist church here by the Rev. Carl Booher. Burial will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted at the graveside by the WallisHinker American Legion Post.


The body will repose at the Hill Funeral Home here from this afternoon (Friday) until 11 a.m. Saturday and then at the church.
Mr. Scheuring was born May 29, 1921, at Greenwood, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John P. Scheuring. He was a graduate of the Greenwood High School with the class of 1940, and a veteran of World War II.


Survivors are a sister, Mrs. Thomas (Jean) Stieglitz, Santa Barbara, Calif. and a brother, Willard Scheuring, Greenwood.
