Seeman, Arlene Barbara (1920 - 1990)


Arlene Barbara Seeman, born in Loyal, July 26, 1920, passed away at 8 p.m. Sunday, March 18, 1990, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. The daughter of Samuel and Lew Edna Johnston lived in Loyal all her lifetime.


She graduated from Loyal High School in 1937 and worked as a telephone operator in Loyal from 1937 to 1946.


She married Roland (Bud) Seeman in Loyal, April 18, 1942, and was active in their various businesses until her illness of A.L.S. (Lou Gehrig s Disease) about a year ago. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal.


Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Vaughn, Loyal and Kurt, Eau Claire one brother, Neil Johnston, Loyal and four grandchildren. One daughter, Renee, and one brother preceded her in death.


Rinka Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 21, 1990, at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal. Pallbearers were LaVerne Kronberger, Robert Bertz, George Brenner, James Schmutzler, William Joyce and Virgil Perrin.


Memorials will be sent to the A.L.S. Association.
