Rivard, Pearl C. (1928 - 2001)

Pearl C. Rivard, 72, Owen, died on Wednesday, May 30, 2001, at her residence. No services will be held.

Pearl Celina Lussier was born on Dec. 11, 1928, in Brooks, Minn., to Arthur and Anna (nee Champagne) Lussier. She graduated from high school in 1947. She married Ralph Rivard on July 28, 1947. He died in 1949. She worked in Milwaukee for many years in a foundry and then moved to Owen, Clark County, and worked until her retirements. After her retirement, she spent much of her time gardening, growing flowers, and fishing.

Survivors include five sisters, Cora Wicklander, Madonna Assaelin, Marjorie Riendeau, Pamela Bruggeman, and Jeanne O Neil three brothers, Medore, Theodore, and LaVern Lussier and her special friends, Vivian Sowieja, Evelyn Decker, and Ruth Buss.
She was preceded in death by her parents her husband, Ralph three brothers, Arthur, Leon, and Ralph Lussier two sisters, Mabel Lussier and Bernice Bushy and her special friend, Carolyn Miller.

Cuddie Funeral Home, Loyal assisted the family with arrangements.
