Walls, Archie (1895 - 1979)


Arcie Walls, 84, passed away on Dec. 23, 1979, in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada.


He was born June 2, 1895, at Loyal, Clark County, to Lillie Allen and George Walls. Surviving are two sisters, Sadie Gustin of Manson, Wash., and Bessie Seeley of Yakima, Wash. One half-sister, Isabelle Johnson of Ephrata, Wash., also survives. He was preceded in death by one sister, Mae Spear, of Washington state and a cousin, Sybil Walls, Steiner, of Loyal. He never married.


In 1942 he sold his farm and moved to Washington state, where he worked in the apple orchards for a time. Later he went to Kamloops and became a hunting and fishing guide.


Burial was in Kamloops on Dec. 26. Attending were Bessie Seeley and her family, and a nephews, Norman Spear, of Seattle, Wash.
