Hunter, Mae (1896 - 1980)


Mae Hunter, 84, of Loyal, Clark County, who has been residing at Memorial Home, Neillsville, for the past three years, died Sunday morning, Nov. 30, at Memorial Hospital.


Rev. Joseph R. Kraly will officiated at the 3 p.m. funeral on Wednesday, Dec. 3 at Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal.


Friends may call at Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal after 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, until the time of the service.


Burial will be in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery.


Mae Norsinger was born on Nov. 15, 1896, and received her education at Hillsboro Rural School.


She married Joseph Hunter in June of 1919. After their marriage they lived in Iron Mountain, Mich., then lived at Gilman until her husband s death in 1969.  She moved to the Loyal area, and for the past three years has been living at Memorial Home, Neillsville.


Survivors include one son, Russel Hunter of Glendale, Ariz. one sister and two grandchildren.


Preceding her in death were one brother and one sister.


Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal, is handling the arrangements.
