The tornado which struck the county near Cincinnati, Ohio, seems to have been the storm center that has caused mild weather and disturbances the first part of the week.  Saturday night it has been lightning.

The stockholders of the Chili Cooperative Produce Co. voted last Friday to recapitalize the company for $10,000 in equal shares of $10.00.  The original 50 shares are all sold.  The new shares will be sold as soon as the incorporation papers have arrived.

The caucus from spring election will be held at the town hall Saturday afternoon, the 17th of this month, St. Patrick’s Day.

It seems that our country has gotten to armed neutrality by now according to our president’s orders and admissions.  It is hope that we won’t go to the next step.  The largest majority of our people in this country don’t want to take that step unless we are attacked.

Big St. Patrick’s Day dance at Chili Hall Saturday, March 17th.  Good music by 5-piece orchestra.  Don’t forget the date.
