Miss Janet Marie Baumgart, Riplinger, and Neil Merle Neeb of Loyal, were married Saturday in St. John’s Lutheran Church in Riplinger. The Rev. Mall performed the 1:30 o’clock ceremony for the daughter of Mrs. Hugh Seefeldt, Riplinger, and Theodore Baumgart, of Colby, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Neeb, Loyal.

Eugene Prien of Loyal was accompanied by Mrs. Henry Kusel of Ripplinger on the organ as he sang :O Promise Me" and "O Perfect Love."

A floor length gown of chantilly lace and tulle over satin with long fitted sleeves and a neckline trimmed with iridescent sequins and pearls was worn by the bride. A finger-tip length veil was attached to a headpiece also trimmed with sequins and pearls. A cascade bouquet of red roses and white carnations completed her attire.

The groom’s sister, Miss Joyce Neeb was maid of honor. Mrs. Melvin Lindow, Thorp, the bride’s sister, and Miss LaVaun Neeb of Dodge Center, Minn., another sister of the groom, attended as bridesmaids.

Their gowns of copen-blue ruffled tulle with chantilly lace peplums at the sides were in floor length and were worn with lace bolero jackets over strapless bodices. The bouquets were of yellow chrysanthemums and white carnations.

Nadine Seefeldt, as junior bride, was dressed identically to her sister.

Alvin Dahl of Granton was best man with Melvin Lindow of Thorp and Warner Halverson of Vesper as groomsman.

Ushers were Art Halverson, Medford, and Ralph Hattery of Cedarburg,

Wedding day events were a 4 o’clock at the church followed by a reception.

Mr. and Mrs. Neeb attended Loyal and Colby High Schools. Mr. Neeb is employed at Pathfinder’s in Spencer and they will make their home in Loyal.
