TOWN OF UNITY

 

Miss Verla Seefeld, who has been employed in Marshfield, for some time, is home to have dental work done.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Meacham were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Oleson at Unity recently.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Seefeld and Neal cleaned the school house Saturday.

 

Lloyd Hebert and Lynn Pickett called on Al Darton one day last week at his home in Loyal.

 

The P.T.A. meet at Groveside Monday evening.

 

Albert Seefeld and Alfred Hendrickson were Neillsville callers Saturday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Seefeld and children spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Geo. DuVall at Colby.

 

Mr and Mrs. John Cross, Mr. and Mrs. Ira Meacham, Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Meacham, Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Seefeld, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Seefeld, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Seefeld, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Seefeld andMrs. Norman Seefeld and families called at Mr. and Mrs. Lee Schofield’s Sunday evening to help the former celebrate his birthday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Griepentrog were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Neumann.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Raatz and Wilbur Karnup were callers Sunday at the [unreadable] and Raatz homes.

 

Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Oleson of Unity spent Friday with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Seefeld.

 

Mrs. Nolan Seefeld celebrated her birthday last Tuesday.

 

Sunday evening Mr. and Mrs. Louie Seefeld called at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Pickett and Mrs. F. M. Pickett.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Hendrickson and daughters spent Thursday evening at Mr. and Mrs. John Neumann’s.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Louie Seefeld spent Wednesday evening at the Catlin home.

 

F. A. Catlin lost a valuable cow Thursday by getting her leg broken.

 

Alfred Hendrickson is looking for a farm to rent as the one he is on is sold.

 

Mrs. Ed. Meacham is the proud owner of a new washer.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Albert Seefeld and Virgil; Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Meacham and Mr. and Mrs. Verlin Goetz were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Seefeld.

 

Dean Seefeld is helping Frank Seefeld while he is laid up with his hand which was hurt while sawing wood.

 

Delbert Hutchins is buying the old home farm and will take possession in the spring.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Louie Seefeld were callers at the Mr. and Mrs. Oleson’s at Unity recently.
