Kelley Mendalski, a 2008 graduate of Thorp High School and 2012 graduating student of UW-Stout, daughter of Jim and Marcie Mendalski, was one of he top 25 students honored at the 49th Annual Excellence in Education Banquet sponsored by the Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce.
