Last Monday morning the thermometer nearly reached the 20 degrees below zero mark.

Those who were out to church last Sunday had the pleasure of hearing a fine temperance sermon.

We have been informed that taxes will be lower this year than last.

Miss Pearl Pease visited with Mrs. Jennie Fulwiler last Friday.

There will be a Christmas tree in the M.E. Church on Christmas Eve. A program will be rendered by the Sunday School.

Several of the farmers from this vicinity delivered hay to Granton the past week.
