Ciolkosz, Judith A. (24 NOV 1962)

St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Stanley was the setting on Saturday for the marriage of Miss Judith A. Ciolkosz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ciolkosz, Stanley, and Will R. Foster, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Foster, Route 2, Stanley. The Rev. George Mathieu performed the 10 a.m. ceremony.

Escorted to the altar by her father, the bride chose for her wedding a floor length gown of Chantilly lace tulle over taffeta, featuring a jeweled Sabrina neckline, long tapered sleeves and a basque bodice. The full skirt revealed a tulle flounce in front and the back had alternating rows of lace and tulle ruffles, a crown of aurora borealis crystals held her imported French illusion fingertip veil in place. White Fugi mums and yellow roses composed her cascade bouquet.

Miss Laverne Patchak of Sheboygan was the maid of honor, and the bridesmaids were Miss Carol Schultze and Mrs. Phyllis Kacmarczyk, both of Stanley. They wore identical dresses, street length, of emerald green silk mist over satin with a square neckline, three-quarter sleevs and a bouffant skirt, their matching face veils were held with crystal trimmed crowns and their bouquets were yellow and bronze Fuji mums.

The best man was Phil Ciolkosz of Medford. Ushers were Ray Kacmarczyk and Sam Foster, brother of the groom.

A dinner and supper were served at the Stanley auditorium.

The bride is a graduate of Owen-Withee High School and was employed in Chippewa Falls. The groom has operated his own grocery store in Stanley.
