Fisher, Carol E. (2 FEB 1963)

White and yellow chrysanthemums adorned the altar of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church at Thorp for the wedding of Miss Carol Elizabeth Fisher, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Fisher, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), and Allen Walter Bower, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Bower of Owen.

The Bower-Fisher wedding was solemnized Saturday, Feb. 2, 1963 at 10 a.m. by the Rev. Fr. Muiert. Mr. Fisher gave his daughter in marriage.

The bride was seen in a floor length gown with a rose trimmed neckline, straight panel front and bustle back. Her bouffant headpiece had a large rose crown and she carried a white orchid.

Preceding the bride into the church were her aides, Miss Kathleen Fisher, Thorp, the miad of honor, Miss Lila Baldeschwiler, Thorp, and Miss Eileen Bower, Owen. They were attired in green velvet dresses with gold accessories.

Attending the groom were Vernon Vater, Owen, as best man, and Neil Vater and William Telford, both of Owen.

The address of the bride and groom is 2855 South 60th St., Milwaukee, Wis.
