Letvinuck, Fred (24 SEP 1894 - 27 JUN 1963)
Fred Letvinuck, 68, passed away at Victory memorial Hospital, Stanley, on June 27th, 1963, after a short illness.
Mr. Letvinuck, a farmer, was born Sept. 24, 1894 in Poland. He came to America in 1910, residing in St. Paul until 1928, when he moved to the town of Reseburg (Clark Co., Wis.) and resided there until the time of his death. On May 14, 1915 he married Josephine Mahunkn at St. Paul, Minn., who preceded him in death.
Funeral services were held at St. Hedwig’s Chapel on July 1, 1963. Rev. Edward Masalewicz officiated at the ten a.m. service and burial was in St. Hedwig’s Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Thomas Polnaszek, Ed Schmidt, Victor Soborowicz, John Balicki, Mike Tomczak and Frank Czahor.
Surviving are two sons, Roman, Greenwood, Donald, Lombard, Ill., on daughter (Agnes) Mrs. John Monsour, St. Paul and ten grandchildren.
Out of town people who attended were Mr. and Mrs. John Monsour and family, St. Paul, Minn., Mr. and Mrs. Donald Letvinuck and Larry, Lombard, Ill., Mrs. Toby Bolles, Susie Bolles, Mrs. Mary Letvinuck, Mrs. Edward Deeb, Mrs. Sadie Monsour, Mr. and Mrs. Pete Monsour, all of St. Paul, Mrs. Florence Hansen and children, Grafton, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Tomczak and Susie, Blue Island, Ill., many others from Greenwood, Withee, Gilman and surrounding communities.
