Truman and Louis Davis drove to Heathville Sunday to see their bro. Frank who is ill.

Al Nonhof and wife took dinner with Mr. and Mrs. Lammers, Sun.

Herbert Fradette sold a horse to Dan Gluch for $185.

The farmers are busy hauling bolts, ice, wood and hay.

Mr. and Mrs. Preston spent Sun. at A. J. Lammers’.

Effie Davis and daughter Lila visited her aunt Mrs. Wm. Anthony this week Wed.

A. J. Lammers, wife, brother Harold and brother-in-law spent Thursday evening at Al Nonhof’s and Tuesday evening at Truman Davis’.

Harold Lammers and Geo. Peterson left Wednesday morning for their homes in Sheboygan.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Foemmel and son Carl, Mrs. Will Foemmel and Mrs. Ackerman drove down and helped Mrs. Emma Foemmel Garbish celebrate her birthday on Wed. of last week.

Joe Krause and Ed. Ackerman are each going to build new barnes [sic] next summer.

Mrs. Chas. Hayden was quite sick with the grip last week.

Effie Davis and daughter Lila spent Wednesday afternoon of last week with Mrs. Roehl.

We are getting more cold weather alright and it seems we’ll have six weeks of it.

Chas. Greeler met his brother-in-law at the 4:30 train Sat.

Jake Schafer says that his oldest son Alvin who for the past 2 years has been sick with Brights disease is failing fast.

John Pietenpol purchased a big handsome Holstein Fresian cow of L. E. Moh Wednesday.
