 Haslow, William Arnold (28 MAR 1944 – 29 JULY 1961)

William Arnold Haslow, was born on March 28, 1944 in the town of Sherman.  Four years ago he moved with his parents to a farm in the town of Loyal.  He was a student at the Loyal High School and would have been a senior this fall.  At school he participated in basketball and football and he was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

William is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Haslow, route 2; five sisters and brothers, Mrs. George (Maxine) Tarter, Washington D.C., Janet, Alexandria, Virginia, Nancy 13, Randy 10, and Edward, 5, at home; and by his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gust Haslow, Loyal.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 3 o’clock at Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. Evan L. Dieck of Granton officiating.  Burial was mad in the Loyal cemetery.  The body had lain in state at the Myre Funeral Home.
