Allar, George (14 NOV 1904 - 14 SEP 1963)

Funeral services for Geroge Allar, 59, of Colby, were held Wednesday morning at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Colby, at 10 a.m.

The Rev. John B. Pinion officiated at the services and at the interment, which took place in St. Mary's Parish Cemetery.

Mr. Allar died at his home in the town of Colby (Clark Co., Wis.) Saturday evening, Sept. 14, 1963, at 6:15 p.m. of a coronary attack.

Funeral arrangements were made by Lulloff Funeral Home of Colby.

George John Allar was born in the town of Colby Nov. 14, 1904. He received his education in local schools and he lived on a farm in the town of Colby all his life, with the exception of a few years when he worked in Milwaukee, He never married.

He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Colby and the Catholic Order of Foresters.

He is survived by two brothers, Frank Allar of Spencer and Joe Allar of Fond du Lac. There are three nieces and four nephews.

Besides his parents, John and Amelia Allar, he was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
