 Schultz, Marcella Veronica Haas (30 JAN 1921 - 26 MAR 1976)

A funeral mass was recited in St. Stephen's Church in Chicago on Saturday for Mrs. Marcella V. (Haas) Schultz, age 57 years of Chicago, Ill., a former Stanley resident.

Mrs. Schultz passed away early Friday, March 26, at the Foster-McGaw Hospital in Maywood, Ill. The body will lie in state at the Plombon Funeral Home, Stanley, from 2 p.m. Monday until 11 a.m. Tuesday, at which time Fr. Leonard Kaiser will officiate at services at the funeral home.

Mrs. Schultz was born January 30, 1919 at Thorp, Wis., daughter of George and Mary Haas. She grew up in the Thorp area and was married to Lawrence Schultz on May 7, 1938 at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Thorp. They lived in the Stanley area until 1951, and then moved to Chicago, Ill. and have lived there since. She had been in ill health for about one year.

She is survived by her husband Lawrence of Chicago; two sons, Duane and Marvin, both of Chicago; two daughters, Mrs. Frank (Barbara) Jenkover of Darien, Ill., and Mrs. Richard (Sandy) Glin of Streamwood, Ill.; one brother, Leonard Haas of Sun Prairie, Wis.; three sisters, Mrs. John (Margaret) Budzinski and Mrs. Zigmund (Manetta) Danielewicz of Thorp, and Mrs. Frank (Annabelle) Budzinski of Downers Grove, Ill., and 16 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, three brothers and one sister.
