Curtis, Kitty (Marriage 06/01/1874)
Married, at the residence of R. Dewhurst, by Rev. B. E. Wheeler on
the 1st of June, 1874, Mr. D. Dickinson and Miss Kitty Curtis, all
of this place.
Mr. and Mrs. Dickinson left immediately after their marriage for a
tour east, to be absent about a month. They had a quiet little
wedding party to which but a few of their most intimate friends
were invited, in which they acted very sensibly, for, had they
invited all in this county (Clark) that heartily wish them a life
of happiness, the invitation must have been a general one.
They will be much missed during their
absence, and receive as warm a welcome and congratulation upon
their return as ever a young couple received.
