Iím a granddaughter of Earl and Josephine (VanHulst) Alger.  What Information would you like?

By the way, the birth date you show on the site for Josephine is incorrect, she was born on March 7, 1900* and I believe Earl died in 1976.  Iím not positive of that date but can find the actual date if youíd like.

It was great to see the pictures of my grandfather, especially the one of him as a boy/young man.  Seeing that picture confirmed something Iíve wondered for some time.   Iíve wondered if my grandson might look like my grandfather and now having seen that picture I know, I have a grandson that looks remarkably like him.  Fay (Alger) Portmann
