The Family of Sidney & Mabel Ennor

I've "rescued" this old photograph of Mabel ENNOR which was taken at the Al Ennor Studio in Neillsville, Wisconsin. The photograph appears to have been taken sometime in the 1880's with Mabel likely about 2 years old at the time. Based on limited research I was able to find Sidney & Mabel ENNOR living at a Boarding House in Chicago, Illinois during the 1910 census as follows:

Sidney ENNOR, age 43, born WI, married 25 years, born WI, parents born England/Wales, a Photographer

Mabel ENNOR, age 24, single, born WI, parents born IL/WI

No relationship is noted between the two so I'm not sure what the relationship is, however, I don't believe Sidney can be Mabel's father because Sidney is born in WI and Mabel notes that her father is born in IL.

I'm hoping to locate someone from Mabel's family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of her family. If you are a member of this family, or know someone who might be, please contact me!

Ennor’s photo car which has been side-tracked at the depot during the week is a unique thing in its line.  Ennor and his family live and make their home in the rail car, traveling all over the United States.  Many will remember Ennor when he operated a photo gallery in Neillsville some 12 years ago. The Ennor rail car will remain until Monday of next week.

Notes

Ennor Photography was in the Clark Co., WI area in 1885.

Mabel Ennor sang at the wedding of Helen Sherman.
