Miss Dora Horn and Miss Potter visited with us this week.
The boys have started training and are getting along nicely. We hope to be able
to Play Neillsville October
7th.
Tests were held this week and reports are good. We hope the good work will
continue.
The Chicago Record Herald has been added to our reading table.
A few chairs were added to the laboratory, on account of big classes.
There are 37 in Algebra class – who doesn’t like Algebra? – the best subject in
school.
Glen Andrews is out of school on account of illness.
A new Grammar class was organized for a few of the ninth grade students Monday.
Mrs. Oelig has charge.
The high school will have a set of Historical Maps in the near future.
Grammar is to be taken with Composition work this year. This ought to make the
students better in English, and it will.
Don’t forget to come and see us.
L. W. Wood, the D.C. Heath man, called on us one day this week.
