JEFFERY LUKES

Jeffery James Lukes, 10 weeks, 6 days, died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 1995, at University Hospital in Ann Arbor, Mich. Services were held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 27, 1995, at Community Funeral Home, Spencer. Rev. Marl Friedrich officiated. Burial was in the West Spencer Cemetery. Casketbearers were James Backus and Randy Lukes.

He was born on June 8, 1995, in Marshfield, to Jeffery Lukes and Joann Backus, Marshfield.

Survivors include his parents two brothers, Steven and David on sister, Sara paternal grandparents, Gerald and Esther Lukes and maternal grandparents, Walter and Edith Backus.

Community Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
