Trindal, Hazel (15 MAY 1893 - 25 JUN 1985)


Hazel Trindal, 92, formerly of Loyal, Clark County, was buried Friday, June 28, 1985 in the Loyal Cemetery. She died Tuesday, June 25, 1985 at the Neillsville Hospital. Rev. C. Arlene Denzer officiated the service at Rinka Funeral Home at 11 a.m.

She was born May 15, 1893 in Chippewa Falls to William and Christine Wolfe. She received her education in Chippewa Falls Schools. On Nov. 11, 1913 she married Orin W. Trindal in Chippewa Falls.

They started the O. W. Trindal Co. in 1923 and sold it in June 1978. She entered the Marshfield Convalescent Center in Dec. 1981. She spent the last three weeks at the Neillsville Memorial Home.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church, and the Order of Eastern Star.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Rod (Joyce) MacSwain, Winona, Minn., Dr. and Mrs. Kenneth W. (Janice) Rice, Marshfield one brother, Wesley Wolfe, Cornell four sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Mein, Chippewa Falls, Mrs. Ernest (Ruth) Perronod, Chippewa Falls Mrs. George (Lorraine) Eisenreich, Racine, MS. Nan Albright, Ohio seven grandchildren seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

She is preceded in death by her husband, O. W. in 1961 three brothers, two sisters and her parents.

Pallbearers were Keith Zinsli, Neil Johnston, Byron Zepplin, Lothar Oestreich, Don Kauffman and Leo Geiger.
