Randorf, Child (1886 - NOV 1889)

A three year old daughter of Mrs. Randorf, of the town of York, Clark County, was burned to death last week. The child was left alone in the house while her mother went to the barn. When the mother returned to the house she was met by the child enveloped in flames. The manner in which the little girl set her clothes on fire is not known. The Loyal stage came along at the time of the accident, having on board the mother of Dr. Mulvey, of this city. Mrs. Mulvey proceeded to attend to the little sufferer, and Dr. Mulvey was sent for. But the flames had done their fatal work, and the victim died. The funeral was held at the Catholic Church in this city on Thursday of last week.
