Lynn (15 February 1968)

Mrs. Alfred Riedel entertained the Lynn Birthday Club Friday afternoon, with 15 members and one visitor, Mrs. Raymond Nowak, present. The afternoon was spent playing games. Prizes were given. A “blind auction” was held. New offices are Mrs. Duane Anding, president; and Mrs. James Buettner, secretary and treasurer. A lunch was served by the hostess. Mrs. Elda Brooks will be hostess at the next meeting.

Mr. and Mrs. Bob Canfield and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Sternitzky were supper guests Saturday at the Miss Lydia Schune home.

Mrs. Anna Pischer is a patient at memorial Hospital in Neillsville.

Mrs. Otto Hasz, Mrs. Albert Hasz and Mrs. Elmer Handke were hostesses to the Ladies Aid at Granton Lutheran Church Wednesday.

Mr. and Mrs. Rupert Christman of Marshfield visited Friday at the William Foote home.

Mr. and Mrs. Arno Ross of Eau Claire were guests Sunday at the William Dankemyer home.

Mr. and Mrs. Otto Hasz and family visited Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Lindow in Westfield Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. James Dahlke and son of Loyal, and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Dahlke and daughter of Nasonville, were guests Sunday at the Henry Dahlke home.

Mr. and Mrs. Dale Riedel, Mrs. Mamie Riedel, of Lynn, Mr. and Mrs. William Seehafer of Nasonville and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Riedel and family of Wisconsin Rapids were evening guests Friday at the Clifford Riedel home in Marshfield. They honored the first birthday of their son, Dean.

Mrs. Emma Reisner has been a patient at Memorial Hospital in Neillsville since Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Dale Riedel and Mrs. Mamie Riedel visited Mr. and Mrs. Don Riedel and family in Sun Prairie Sunday and attended an auto show at Madison.
