C. Shepard went to Neillsville Tuesday.

C.F. Kaplin went to Neillsville Monday with a load of lumber.

Mrs. Henry Palms has been on the sick list this past week.

John Shepard is home from Osseo where is has been at work.

Geo. Halbrader cut his hand quite bad this week with a knife.

Hildegarde Braun is attending German school in Neillsville this fall.

J. Reinarz and H. Bickmore have been doing some road work the past week.

C.F. Carleton’s house caught fire last week and was burned down. He lost nearly everything.

The neighbors and friends of Mrs. J. Reinarz gave her a surprise last Saturday afternoon. They brought their lunch baskets and a good time was enjoyed by all.
