Meyer, Leon C. (September 25, 1931 – February 26, 2008)

Leon C. Meyer, 76, Medford, died Tuesday, Feb. 26 at Memorial Nursing Home in Medford, where he had resided the past two weeks.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Feb. 29 at 11 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joseph Stefancin officiating, and military rites performed by the Medford Military Honors Team.

Cremainal inurnment will take place in the spring at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Medford. Pallbearers are Will Geiser, Stanley Jorgensen, Dave Armbrust, Pete Tom, Bruce Stevens, John Brede and Ron and Bill Hayden.

Visitation will be held Thursday, Feb. 28 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, with a prayer service at 7 p.m., and on Friday from 9 to 10:45 a.m.
