Amorelli, Alma B. (20 MAY 1907 – 2 MAY 1953)

Mrs. Sam Amorelli, 46, died at her home in the town of Pershing suddenly Tuesday, April 28th, 1953 of a heart attack. Services were held Saturday, May 2, 1953, at 2 p.m. at the Gilman Funeral Home and burial was made in the Gilman Cemetery. Rev. Wilde officiated.

The deceased was born Alma B. Nichols on May 20, 1907 at Ladysmith, Wis. She moved to the Gilman area in 1930 and in October 1939 at Chicago she was married to Sam Amorelli.

Surviving besides her husband are her father, John Nichols of Medford; two sons, Pfc. Vincent J. Amorelli of camp Pendleton, Calif., and Robert Amorelli at home, one daughter, Sharon Ann Amorelli. One daughter, Mrs. Vita Dulek, preceded her in death. She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Charlie Beyer of Chicago, and Mrs. Pearl Rusch of Medford.

Those who served as pallbearers Saturday were James Wachsmith, Alfred Wachsmith, Alfred Nichols, Felix Kondrasuk, John Jarmoluk and Norbert Williger.
