Cypher, Marjorie A. (19 Feb. 1925 - 15 Jan. 2009)

Marjorie "Marge" A. Cypher, 83, died Jan. 15, 2009, at Memorial Nursing & Rehab Center, Medford.

Funeral services will be Monday, Jan. 19 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford. The Rev. Gerard Willger will officiate. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Stetsonville.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 18 at Hemer Funeral Home with a 7:30 p.m. Catholic prayer service.

Marjorie was born Feb. 19, 1925, in the town of Little Black, Medford, to the late Harry and Margaret (Habermeyer) Rhyner. She married Jerome Cypher on May 28, 1946, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford. They later were divorced. Marjorie worked as a homemaker, bartender and a cook.

She is survived by three sons, Richard (Darlene) Cypher of Baraboo; Raymond (Patricia) Cypher of Dorchester; Jerry (Sandy) Cypher of Linden, New Jersey; one daughter, Karen (Robert) Pocock of Ogema; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
