Wang, Anna (23 July 1863 – 23 July 1941)

Following an illness of two years, Mrs. Anna Wang passed away on her 78th birthday July 23 at her home in White Salmon. Mrs. Wang was born in Black River Falls, Wisconsin, on July 23, 1863. She came to Washington in 1900, residing in Trout Lake and in 1919 moving to White Salmon, Washington.

Surviving are the widower, I. C. Wang; eight children; Mrs. Betha Hall of The Dalles, Ore., Mrs. Cora McHan, White Salmon; P C. Wang of Trout Lake; Mrs. Fred Morast, of The Dalles, Oregon; J. E. Wang, Anchorage, Alaska; Mrs. R. Partin, Lakeview, Oregon, and Mrs. E. J Begin of Bethel, Alaska. Twenty-one grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Gardners Funeral chapel in White Salmon. Burial was in White Salmon I.O. O. F. cemetery with the Rev. Wilcox of the Hood River Seventh Day Adventist church reading the service.

Please note: The obit states she is survived by 8 children, however there were only seven listed.
