Scheinoha

Daniel Scheinoha, 71, a native of Manitowoc who returned here after a residence in Marathon County, died in Manitowoc Sunday.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Allan McCall will officiate and burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.

He was born in Manitowoc in 1880 and took up the mother’s trade. He married Jeannette Monk in 1909 and in 1920 they located on a farm in Marathon County. Later they moved into Wausau. Mrs. Scheinoha died in 1944 and her husband then moved to Manitowoc.

Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Harry Gresens and Mrs. Felix Weilock of Marathon County and Mrs. Jerome Marquardt of Campbellsport; three sons, Harvey of Mosinee, Leonard of Wausau and Leroy of Campbellsport; two brothers, Lawrence of Manitowoc and Edward of Antigo; four sisters, Mrs. Emma Fuszard of Antigo, Mrs. Elizabeth Krause of Green Bay, Agnes of Manitowoc and Mrs. Adeline Landskron of Neenah; and seven grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
