Marguerite Groh is the proud possessor of a new Chevrolet coupe.

Charles Schmidt visited with his father G. F. Schmidt at Dorchester Sunday evening. 

Mrs. F. W. Bobbe, Miss Marguerite Groh and Mrs. Wm. Boneski were Wausau callers Wednesday. 

Galen and Vernon Schmidt accompanied by Herman Zillman of Colby spent Saturday at Longwood. 

George Hoppa and family of Milwaukee are spending this week at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hoppa and Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Krause.

Galen and Vernon Schmidt were at Wausau Friday. 

Gail Gadson and family visited with relatives at Marshfield Saturday. 

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Haderlein and daughter Geraldine were Wausau callers Sunday. 

Warner Schaefer spent Wednesday evening with his wife at the Marshfield hospital. 

Rosalind Vanderhoof is spending this week with the Misses Elsie, Louise and Ella Haderlein. 

Edwin Groh, who has been attending the summer session at the University of Wisconsin returned home last week. 

Gordon Gadson returned Saturday from a week’s visit with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Gadson at Marshfield. 

Lorraine Bunkelman, who has spent the past two weeks with relatives at Seymour and Green Bay, returned home Sunday. 

Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Haderlein, Mrs. John Haderlein and daughters Ella, Louise and Elsie visited with Mrs. Carl Yolke at Athens Sunday. 

Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Ellingson, E. J. Ellingson and daughter Adell attended the Ellingson family reunion at Hawkins Sunday. 

Miss Vernice Blackburn of Lamont, Iowa, who has been spending the past two weeks at the home of her aunt, Mrs. Gail Gadson, left Saturday for Marshfield to visit with relatives before returning to her home in Iowa. 

F. W. Bobbe and family visited with relatives at Medford Monday.

Mrs. Alex Ellenbecker of Wurtzburg spent Wednesday at the Werner Schaefer home. 

Rudolph Haderlein and Woodrow Kehring left on a two weeks trip to places in northern Wisconsin. 

Harold Krueger of Athens is spending a week at the home of his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Blank. 

Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Larson and daughter Dorothy of Iola spent Sunday and Monday at the M. C. Ellingson home. 

George Nehring and family of Sheboygan are visiting at the home of the former’s brother, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Nehring. 

Mike Mantik and sons Edwin, Fred and Rueben visited at the Erhart Strunk home at Corinth Saturday evening. 

Mr. and Mrs. B. D. Houlehan of Green Bay and Miss Helen Werner arrived here Saturday to visit at the home of Mrs. Houlehan’s mother, Mrs. Robt. Prentice for a week. 

Mr. and Mrs. Roy Meiner and sons Earl and Eldon, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Burhopp of Marshfield, and Daniel Knapton of Madison were the guests at the home of the former’s sister, Mr. and Mrs. Gail Gadson Sunday. 

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Johnson of Chicago are visiting for several weeks at the home of the latter’s sister, Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Guttenberger. 

Mr.and Mrs. Wallace Roder of Marshfield and Albert Notbohm of Abbotsford, are the guests of Mrs. Emma Roder and Mrs. and Mrs. Harlo Roder Sunday. 

Mr. and Mrs. John Gadson, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Hengle and daughter Elaine and George Harper and family of Marshfield, visited at the Earl Kohl home Saturday.
