Braun, Ervin (20 August 1886 - 11 April 1969)

Funeral services for Ervin Braun, 72, of Rt. 1 Granton, who died early Friday morning at the Bethel Convalescent Home in Arpin, were held Monday at 1:30 p.m. from the Gilbertson Funeral Home at Granton. The Rev. E. A. Evanson, pastor of Grace Lutheran Church of Nasonville, officiated. Burial was made in the Lynn Cemetery.

Pallbearers were: George Wagner, Michael Gallagher, Wilbur Sanger, Victor Anderson, Howard Stone and Ray Cattanach. Mrs. Earl Meissner was the organist and Mrs. Lawrence Dix, Sr., and Mrs. David Venske sang.

Mr. Braun was born August 20, 1886, in the Town of Fremont, where he received his education. He farmed in the Town of Lynn.

He is survived by three brothers, Clyde and Herbert of Granton, and Roland of Waukegan, Ill.; two sisters, Mrs. Edward (Edna) Marg of Granton and Mrs. Rudolph (Manella) Sonnenberg of Waukegan, Ill.
