Miss Karen Marie Ebert, West Allis, daughter of Mrs. Walter Ebert and the late Mr. Ebert, Loyal, and George Joseph Steckl, son of Mr. and Mrs. Max Steckl, Brook field, exchanged wedding vows at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, June 3, at the Reformation Lutheran Church in Brookfield.

The Rev. Charles G. Holmgren officiated at the nuptial ceremony during which the bride was given in marriage by her uncle, George Kuester.

Miss Ebert wore a floor-length A-line gown of traditional silk organza with scoop neckline and pointed sleeves trimmed with French chantilly lace appliqués and tiny seed pearls. The hemline was accented by a tier of scalloped chantilly lace and a watteau train of sheer pleated organza flowed gracefully into a full chapel sweep. Her dainty petal headpiece trimmed with seed pearls held in a very bouffant veil of silk illusion. She carried a long trail of gardenias.

Mrs. Milton Molle, Sun Prairie was matron of honor and Mrs. Robert Kerston, larkston, Michigan, Miss Rosemary Stanley, West Allis, and Miss Eunice Horn, Greenwood, the bridesmaids.

The aides were attired in floor-length yellow crepe and chantilly lace gowns and wispy headpieces. Each carried an arrangements of yellow and white chrysanthemums.

Miss Amy Horn, Greenwood, was the flower girl. She wore a gown identical to that of the aides. She carried a puff of yellow and white chrysanthemums.

Victor Tomlinson, Poynette, served as best man and Phillip Tomlinson, Poynette, Daniel Newman, Milwaukee, and Robert Tomlinson, Poynette, the groomsmen.

Milton Molle, Sun Prairie and Maynard Tomlinson, Poynette, the ushers; Scott Tomlinson, Poynette was the ring bearer.

Rose Bowl Lanes in West Allis was the setting for the reception and dance. Following a 2 ½ weeks honeymoon to Miami Beach, Florida, the couple will reside at2137 S. 77th St. West Allis.

The bride is a 1961 graduate of Loyal High School and a 1964 graduate of Spencerian Business College, Milwaukee, where she affiliated with Pi Rho Zeta Soroity. She is a secretary to Executive Secretaries - Allied Construction Employers Association.

Her husband, a 1957 graduate of Wauwatosa High School, attended the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Institute of Technology. He is a supervisor for Wrought Washer Manufacturing Corp.
