Pilch, Mamie Ann (Kelley) (13 JUN 1915 - 25 JAN 2014)

Mamie Ann Pilch, 98, died on Tuesday, Jan. 25. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Jan. 29 at Max Sass & Son's Funeral Home in Milwaukee.

Interment was at St. Adelberts Cemetery in Milwaukee. Casket bearers were her grandchildren, Christine Kunick, Gordon Seegert Jr., Jeffrey Pilch, Neil Holm, Jeremy Pilch and Jason Budde.

Hemer Funeral Homes of Medford and Rib Lake assisted the family with arrangements.

Mamie Ann Pilch (Kelley), age 98, of Ogema, former resident of Milwaukee, died January 25, 2014.

She was born on June 13, 1915, in Columbus, WI, to James and Ida (Gilbert) Kelley. She attended Columbus area schools.

Mamie was married to John S. Pilch in 1935 in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death in 1997.
She worked as a caregiver and cleaning lady in the Milwaukee area for many years. Mamie moved to Ogema to reside with her daughter in 2005. She loved to bake and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by six children: Patricia Gauger of Muckwonga, WI, Dorothy (Gordon) Seegert of Greenfield, WI, Jerome (Joanne) Pilch of Pewaukee, Marigold (Nels) Holm of Ogema, John (Donna) Pilch of Racine, and Linda (Mark) Budde of South Milwaukee; by 21 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, John; and 12 siblings.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 29, at Max Sass & Son’s Funeral Home, Milwaukee. Internment is in St. Adleberts, Cemetery, Milwaukee.

Casket bearers were her grandchildren: Christine Kunick, Gordon Seegert, Jr., Jeffrey Pilch, Neil Holm, Jeremy Pilch, and Jason Budde.
