Mr. Maurice Ducey of Hallandale, Wis. Spent the past week here with his daughter, Mrs. Geo. Scherer and family.

Mr. A.T. Ula arrived here from Blanchardville, Wis. This week and will remain until after threshing season is over.

Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Scherer visited friends at Marshfield Wednesday evening. Mr. and Mrs. John Wrier and children of Jonesdale, Wis. Motored here the last of the week for a visit with their sister, Mrs. John Demuth and family.

Mr. and Mrs. George Amos and son George of Minneapolis are spending a few days on their farm.

Mrs. C.A. Scranton and son, mrs. Agnes Hart of Chicago and Mrs. C.A. Flemming of Milwaukee spent a few days here with their sister, Mrs. George Scherer.

Little Miss Eileen Scranton, who has spent the past two months at the Geroge Scherer home, returned to her home in Chicago on Thursday.

Mr. and Mrs. John Demuth and Mr. and Mrs. John Wrier visited at the Geo. Scherer home Thursday.

Mr. Soren Korntved was a caller at Neillsville Saturday.

Miss Eva Kalkofen spent the past week in Greenwood at the Herbert Quimby home.

Miss Evelyn Demuth called on Mary Scherer Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Scherer were Neillsville callers Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Stanley of Chetek are visiting at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Stanley.

Mr. and Mrs. M. Alexander visited relatives at Owen Sunday.

The ball game between Eaton Center and Shilling was won by Shilling. The score was 14 to 4.

Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Lindner spent Sunday at the Jim Syth home.

Next Sunday Easton Center will play the Clark Co. giants on the home grounds. Come out and see the boys win.

Lin Kocher visited with Francis Scherer Sunday evening.

Mrs. Free Christie and Mrs. Herman Kalkofen attended the ballgame at Shilling.

Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Scherer and family visited at the Demuth home Sunday.
