Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bohn called on Lottie Pagel Friday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Benzschawel and Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Ketterhagen visited Wednesday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Donald Jensen.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Bauernfeind and children of Marshfield and their son Joseph of La Crosse spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Walter Grabon.

Mrs. Justin Rosemeyer is a patient at the Victory Memorial Hospital in Stanley.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Groettum and family of Coon Rapids, Minn., spent the weekend at Louis Pagel Sr., and also called at Mr. and Mrs. Theron Pagel and Mrs. And Mrs. Lyle Stelter.

Mr. Charles Truse of Menominee Falls, Wis., visited with Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Benzschawel Thursday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Lemberger of Reedsville and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Anhaldt of Clark Mills, wis. were Saturday overnight guests at the Joseph Benzschawel home.

Mrs. Orpha Hull is a patient at the Victory Memorial Hospital in Stanley.

Miss Mary Pagel and Mrs. Alice Danielewicz also visited at the Louis Pagel home Sunday afternoon.

A birthday party was held on Sunday, Jan. 22 for Mr. Ignatz Szymanski at his home. Those who helped were Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Slota, Gilman, Dr. and Mrs. Bernard Slota and family, Mrs. Celia Parks, Mrs. Helen Duvall, Mr. and Mrs. Wally Juzwiak Jr., and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Szymanski.

Mr. Orville Asselin of Eau Claire called on his aunt, Mrs. David Weinberger, Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Jess Winkler of Cadott and Mrs. Henry Huls visited Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Cook on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Koltis and family and Mrs. Estelle Zukowski visited the Donald Zukowski home at Owen Sunday.

Mrs. Norm Seidling and sons Mark and Jim of Chippewa Falls, and Mrs. Lawrence Seidling of Stanley, Wis., were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Delton Ebben Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Berdal and Mrs. Henry Huls of Thorp and Mrs. Jeff Frazee of Stanley helped Mrs. Fred Johnson of Chippewa Falls celebrate her birthday on Friday.

Misses Margie and Felicia Bielecki of Minneapolis spent the weekend at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Bielecki.

Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Kokaly spent the weekend at the home of their daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Morin of Minneapolis, Minn.

Robert Badzinskiof St. Paul and Marcy Badzinski of Eau Claire spent the weekend with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Badzinski Sr.

Debbie Panek returned from the Victory Memorial Hospital Friday and is now recuperating at home.

Mrs. Nina Duell spent Thursday with Mrs. Hatt Pagel.

Lynn Paff of Minneapolis spent the weekend at her home.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Zukowski visited with his mother, Mrs. Estelle Zukowski, Wednesday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Layton Asselin spent the weekend with their daughter and family, Mr. and Neil Deyo, in Antigo.

Mrs. Vic Dombroski and son of Gilman visited at the Alex Badzinski home on Monday.

Sp. 4 Sammie D. Borowski left for Ft. Bragg, N.C., after spending a 14 day leaves here at his home and friends.

Mrs. Ray Czech spent th weekend at Menasha attending the funeral of her uncle, Irvin Hablewitz, who was buried Monday morning.

Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Burzynski and Mr. and Mrs. Leon Przybylski and family and Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Biddle spent Thursday evening at the Sam Borowski home.

Mr. and Mrs. Sam Borowski and Bonnie, Sp. 4 Sammie Borowski left for Appleton on Friday, where they will visit their daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Zasoba and family, then on to Milwaukee to visit other relatives, where Sp. 4 Sammie will leave by plane for camp.
