Flu bug in Richard Greaser, Harold Florey families.

Mr. and Mrs. Ron Jonett entertained guests Thursday evening.

Mrs. Sig Krasselt held a household party on Thursday evening with a good turnout of Ladies.

Donna Metcalfe, Linda Schmidke and Vicky of Stratford and Mrs. Ray Metcalfe went to Wausau on Tuesday for a shopping tour.

Linda Schmidtke took her mother Mrs. Ray Kammerermof Marshfield to Rochester, Minn. for a complete checkup due to a rash she has developed.

The Sherman Farm Bureau council met at the Henry Kurz home on Thursday evening. Members present were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Viertgetz, Bakerville, Mr. and Mrs. Rubin Pribbernow, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Florey, Mr. and Mrs. LaVern Hein and Justin Gray, Colby.

Reports were all approved. December meeting will be annual Christmas meal at the Redwood on December 15 at 8 p.m. All members of the Sherman council are invited to attend.

The president told of the kick-off membership drive to be held the following evening. Goal for this year is 59.

Guest speaker, Justin Gray, mlik inspector for Atlantic & Pacific Company of Marathon told of obligation of farmer, hauler and plant inspector to ship clean milk for human consumption. Members received a plaque.

Meeting closed and lunch was served by the Kurzs.

Mrs. Alvin (Ruth) Luchterhand formerly of 26 Road has spent the past week with her daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Lee, Luxemberg.

Yours truly made the acquaintance of our newest cousin, Susan Marie daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Duane Pascal, Loyal on Saturday morning.

Cheryl Redig celebrated her 10th birthday on Sunday. She received many gifts and a birthday cake.
