Palmer Vinger spent Wednesday and Thursday at St. Paul.

Mr. and Mrs. Myrle Hales spent Sunday with friends at Hatfield.

Miss Audrey Haeuser spent last week visiting rleatives at Medford.

Albion Arends of St. Paul is visiting his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. John Arends.

Roy Olson of Neillsville arrived Monday evening and is visiting James Neuenfeldt.

Douglas Behrens spent from Thursday until Saturday at the Marl Chadwick home.

Mr. and Mrs. Russell Mead and family spent Sunday with relatives and friends at Merrill.

Mr. and Mrs. C.J. Carter, Mrs. O.W. Grismore, Miss Alice Plank and Billie Rellis spent Sunday at Pike Lake.

Lorraine Miller visited at the Arnold Beyer home at Alma Center.

Joe Merkel and George Haeuser were Abbotsford callers Monday evening.

Mrs. John Arends and daughter Theresa and Albion Arends were Marshfield visitors Monday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Truesdale of Richland Center arrived Tuesday for a visit at the G.I. Mullendore home.

Mrs. DeBarr of Merrill is visiting at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Mead.

Carol Behrens and son and Miss Rue Cummings of Stevens Point visited relatives here Sunday.

Dr. and Mrs. G.A. Jardine of New Virginia, Iowa, arrived here Monday evening for a visit at the Hartson home.

Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Resenhofer and family of Milwaukee spent Friday and Saturday at the J. Brauneis Jr. home.

Miss Marcella DeBarr, who has been visiting at the Russell Mead home, returned to her home at Merrill on Sunday.

Mrs. Louis Arbs and son Junior, Mrs. H.M. Pratt, James Neuenfeldt and Walter Stabnow Jr. were at Neillsville Monday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. W.F. Neuenfeldt, J. O'Connell and Mrs. Emma Neuenfeldt attended the funeral of W.C. Farrand at Neillsville Thursday.

Mrs. Pearl Simerson of Medford and Misses Bernice Simerson and Frances Kaczmarek of Chicago spent Friday at the Harry Hogue home.

G.I. Mullendore, daughters Helen and Myra, son Wayne, Mrs. Dan Mullendore and Miss Elaine Buker were visitors at Eau Claire last Tuesday.

Rev. and Mrs. Geo. Heilman and daughters Anita, Hertha and Lenore left Sunday for a two week visit at Milwaukee with relatives and friends.

Rev. Glenn Shanks, Harold Stabnow, J.D. Austin, Charles Varney and A.C. Barr were at Green Bay last Thursday and saw President Roosevelt, who was there that day.

The Methodist Ladies Aid will meet Friday afternoon. Division No. 1 will be entertained by Mrs. G.I. Mullendore; Division No. 2 by Mrs. M.E. Kenyon; and Division No. 3 by Mrs. O.J. Howard.

Adolph Schwarze is spending the week in the northern part of the state.

Mrs. Thaxter Shaw went to Medford Tuesday, where she will visit at the Elmer Etta home.

Rev. and Mrs. Hartman and children of Colby spent Tuesday at the home of Rev. and Mrs. Pfeiffer.

Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Hogue and two daughters of Cudahy and Adam Kaiser of Chicago are visiting at the W.E. Hogue home.

Mrs. Lynn Enockson and sons Ernie and Joe left yesterday for Rochester, Minn., for a few days visit.

Dr. W.T. Austin and children visited Mrs. Austin and baby daughter at the Neillsville Hospital on Wednesday.

Mr. and Mrs. B. Van Hollen and son are spending a week with relatives in the northern part of the state.

Milton Miller returned home from Alma Center Sunday, where he spent seeral weeks at the Arnold Beyer home.

Merlin Hull of Black River Falls, candidate for Congressman on the Progressive ticket, called on friends here Tuesday.

Miss Theodora Withee of Washington, D.C. spent the weekend at the A.C. Buker home and with other friends.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Witt and Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Zettler and family of Marshfield spent Sunday at the P.W. Gullord home.

Mr. and Mrs. W.F. Neuenfeldt and sons James and Gerald, and Miss Irene O'Connell were Marshfield visitors Saturday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. A.H. Gauger and children of Marshfield were Sunday visitors at the Geo. Hoehne home. Bobby Gauger remained for a longer visit.

Mrs. Willard Potter of Disco, Wis., Mrs. Dan Buckley of Bristol, N.D., and Mrs. Mildred Thiel of Aberdeen, S.D., spent Saturday at the Wm. And Harry Hogue homes.
