------ Ollmann, Mary Louise (20 AUG 1966)

Mary Louise Ollmann became the bride of Michael A. Grell on August 20, in a ceremony at St. Frederick’s Catholic church, Cudahy, with the Rev. Donald Surges celebrating the nuptial high mass.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Walter Ollmann, Milwaukee, and the late Mr. Ollmann. The groom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Grell, Colby. The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Dr. Richard Ollmann.

The bridal gown was fashioned of white organza over taffeta and Chantilly lace, with a panel train from the waistline. Her veil was of silk illusion. She carried a bouquet of stephanotis and phalaenopsis orchids.

The bride’s twin sister, Ruth Ann Ollmann, served as her maid of honor. Dolores Novocin, Cudahy, and Mrs. Harry Untiedt, sister of the groom, were bridesmaids. They wore ice-blue aqua nylon sheer gowns over taffeta, with headpieces tinted to match. The maid of honor carried three roses trimmed with silk illusion; the bridesmaids carried white asters tinted aqua.

Robin Strathman of Minneapolis, Minn., was best man. The bride’s brother, Michael Ollmann and Bradford Murray, West Allis, were the groomsmen. Ushering were Joseph Beyerl, Colby, Harry Untiedt, Germantown, and Andrew Perska of Cudahy.

A noon breakfast at De Salvo’s in Cudahy followed the ceremony, with a dinner and reception at the Brittany Room of the Boulevard Inn in Milwaukee.

The bride is a graduate of Cudahy high school and is employed at Sentry Life Insurance Co., Milwaukee. The groom, a graduate of Colby high school, served four years in the US navy and is now a student nurse at Milwaukee county general hospital.

The couple are living in Greenfield.
