Stankowski, Patricia M. (15 JUL 1967)

Patricia M. Stankowski of Wausau and Eugene E. Pupp of St. Louis, Mo., were married Saturday, July 15, 1967 at St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Wausau, with Father McGarty officiating at the service.

The bride's mother is Mrs. Georgiana Stankowski of Chippewa Falls, and the groom's father is William J. Pupp of rural Abbotsford.

Serving as attendants were Miss Bernice Pupp and Leon Van Der Leest, both of Wausau. Ushers were Steve Wiskow, Wausau, and Daniel Pupp, route 1, Stratford.

The bride's A-line gown with empire waistline was fashioned with a lace and scoop neckline, trimmed with pearl sequins. A lace train was attached to the neckline. Her veil, trimmed with pearls and sequins at the edges, was held with an apple blossom crown, and a pearl necklace and earrings completed the accessories.

She carried a colonial style bouquet of white daisies, white carnations and white roses.

The bridesmaid wore a pink A-line dress with an empire waistline featuring a bow in the center. Lace and sequins trimmed the top, and three-quarter length sleeves were of lace. Her headpiece was a pearl and sequin trimmed crown.

About 125 guests attended a dinner at St. Matthew's school hall and a reception was held at the Rib Mountain Ski Chalet.

The bride is a graduate of Wausau Senior High School and had been employed as a nurses aid. The groom is a graduate of the Abbotsford High School and the Marathon County Technical Institute at Wausau. He is employed as an electronics engineer at St. Louis.

The couple will be making their home at 6141 Washington Av., Berkley City, Mo.
