West Eaton (12 Sep 1918)

Mr. and Mrs. Will Dimler and family spent Sunday evening at the H. Bostwick home.

Mrs. Podobnik and baby spent Sunday afternoon with Mrs. Oznich.

Mr. Ozanich is helping H. Bostwick with some carpenter work.

Miss Olga Meinholdt is home from the Chippewa Hospital and is feeling some better.

Mr. and Mrs. Merlak called at H. Bostwick’s Sunday afternoon.

Gwen Borgers did sewing for Mrs. H. Bostwick one day last week.

Mrs. Seliskar and children spent Tuesday with Mrs. Thorson.

Mrs. S. Flagg visited with her mother, Mrs. Pelzer, Friday.

John Susa called on A. Lenher Tuesday.

The Meinholt boys visited at the Henry Decker home on the west side Friday evening.

Fred Swartz and A. Thorson helped Leo Palzer put up their silo Thursday and Friday.

Mr. and Mrs. Francis Frank, Mrs. Bertha Schoenwetter and son, Frankie, and Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Schoenwetter and baby of Globe visited at A. Thorson’s Sunday.

A. Lenher entertained relatives from Hixton Friday and Saturday.

Mrs. Bahl visited Mrs. Geo. Gemmeke Tuesday evening.

Joe Buettner is threshing for the farmers in West Eaton.

Mr. Yartz helped H. Bostwick stack hay Tuesday.

August Podobnik and Joe Oznich helped H. Bostwick pick cucumbers Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. John Able and Mrs. Theo Meinholdt visited the Bostwick family Sunday evening.
