Dells Dam (26 Sep 1918)

The Sewing Circle at Mrs. Green’s was a grand success and everyone had a good time. They will meet next with Mrs. Dollie.

Miss Hazel Schultz spent a couple days with Mrs. Ben Beeckler.

Mrs. Pearl Braman and Miss Tillie Johnson were Merrillan callers Monday.

John Apfel had the misfortune to have a pig mysteriously disappear while they were in town Saturday, and can find no trace of it.

Miss Pearl Fessenden called on Mrs. John Apfel Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Abend and a friend from Alma Center drove through here on their way to Neillsville and stopped off a few minutes with G.D. Schultz and family.
