Przybylski, Irene M. (16 November 1950 - 28 May 2015)

Irene M. Przybylski, 64, of Stanley, died on Thursday May 28, 2015. She was born on November 16, 1950, in Stanley, the daughter of the late Walter and Waneta (nee Meeker) Gwiazda.

Irene was a member of the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.

She loved the color purple and Elvis. Irene enjoyed making arrangements of silk flowers and always helped out family members, and even strangers. It was always her dream to visit Hawaii, but she never made it. Irene was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and godmother. She will be deeply missed.

Irene is survived by two children: Dustin Przybylski of Brewer, Maine, and Jessica (Christopher) Briggs of Chippewa Falls; a sister, Cheryle (Jim) Malecki of Stanley; two brothers: Gregory (Minnette) Gwiazda of Chippewa Falls and Duane (Gloria) Gwiazda of Hudson; a granddaughter, Wynter Przybylski; many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Irene was preceded in death by her nephew, Corey Malecki.

A memorial service for Irene was held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, at the Plombon Funeral Home in Stanley with Reverend Father Scott Bauer officiating. Visitation was from 5:00 p.m. until time of services.
