Dorst, Albert (Inducted Into Service – 30 Oct 1918)

Jesse and Albert Dorst, who were picked up by Neillsville guardsmen at the time of the search of the Kruegers in Clark County, and since that time have been living in the Marathon County Jail, were taken to Camp Grant Wednesday, accompanied by Sheriff C.N. Goerling of Wausau. The young men registered at Wausau for service, but after that left the city and left no address. They could not be located for their physical examinations, which necessitated delay in getting their questionnaires out. They are travelling piano tuners who made regular visits here.
