Beman, Thomas (1888? – 1 JUL 1968)

News has been received of the death of Thomas Beman, age 80, of Highland, Calif., who died July 1, 1968 at a rest home in Highland.

Burial was made Wednesday, July 3 at Highland.

He was born in New York and attended Northland College at Ashland.

In early 1916 he came to Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.) and worked at the Curtiss State Bank for many eyars.

He was married to Miss Anna Virch of Curtiss and in 1919 they moved to Fenwood, where he was employed at the Fenwood State Bank until the death of his wife. He then moved to St. Paul and later married Miss Emma Virch. They moved to Berkley, Calif., and lived there until 1957, when he retired and moved to Highland, Calif., where he resided until his death.

He is survived by his wife, Emma, and a sister, Mrs. Ralph Tower of Phoenix, Ariz.
